This training will emphasize the unique box lacrosse skills that translate well to the field game as well as movements around the field such as two man game play and picking. Players will train for the first hour concentrating on player development, followed by a half hour of scrimmage time. Plenty of time to allow kids to take what they've learned and put it into action.
